We all go through stress everyday. Stress in work, stress in expectation, stress of motivation, stress of body giving up, stress in decision making and a lot of stresses.

So what are your best ways to calm your body and mind?

  • Exercising. It flushes all your emotions away. Make sure you exercise within the right heart-rate margin for your own body, otherwise you'll either under or over-exercise.
  • I go on really, really long hikes by myself. There's nothing better than being alone in nature for me. I also started using this Muse headband. Sorta helps to analyze how your brain actually works but in the form of a video game.
  • Going to the beach at a time when there are very few people around and meditating. It's a very calming experience. Deep rhythmic breathing is also another great way to reduce stress and it can be done anytime and in any place
  • the connection in the responses ..seems to be they make time to do something about it .. each kind of stress needs a different way to be relieved ..
