Since I was a child I was told to work smart by my teachers. I never really understood it. It used to baffle me. What is to work smart? I was 11 years when I started to hear this strange word.

The only way of success I knew was to work hard. Even though the teachers told us to work smart they never explained it.

I continued to study hard until High School. When I was in my senior year that is when I understood it and I saw my results starting to change positively.

But I had to learn it by myself no one really explained it to me. I have now been working smart and my life has become much easier and I am getting more accomplished.
