I don't believe that subliminals work- at least I never noticed any effect from the few I tried.

The definition of subliminal is: Below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it.

So yea, it's totally possible and it happens to people daily without them realizing what's going on.

Something as simple as a call to action on a webpage is subliminal, example, which link below draws your attention?

• The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

• The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

The moving +/- draws attention to the 2nd hyperlink, it's a call to action suggesting traffic click the link.

The first hyperlink is static.

As Yukon pointed out... you can't discern that subliminal messages work or not. They just work their way inside (if powerful enough) and change happens automatically.

But through time, the changes can be catalytic.

My suggestion is you focus on 1 thing at a time. It's the same thing with hypnosis. You wouldnt give someone suggestions on multiple sessions. You would split it up into difference sessions.

As far as when it will take effect. That depends on many factors here are a few:
*how long have you had the habit you are trying to change?
*how much negativity do you generate on a daily basis?
*how consistent are you in using the audios?

In hypnosis they say it takes 21 days (consistent) to change a habit. Subliminals are not as effective as hypnosis...just something to thing about. S

It really depends if they are canny enough to get past the gate of the subconscious.

You see, there are Gatekeepers who filter the messages you receive, if they are powerful enough you can modify your personality like a charm.

Subliminal s never work for me. What does work, is meditation. Once you get into the habit of being able to get quite (even at a party,) you can calm your body, and clear your mind any time and any where you need or want too.

Subliminals probably won't do much unless they are carved inside the subconscious in a very hypnotic way. I was listening to the dream matrix and noticed that things being said inside showed up in my reality in unexpected ways.
