The Power of Habit: Charles Duhigg

Reality Hacking: Avery Hayden
This book helped me learn to take life less seriously and to take matters into my own hands. I used the techniques in the book to improve my day to day experience and become more confident. It's short and cheap too, which I appreciated.

Willpower:Roy Baumeister
Taught me to pace myself and helped me break a lifelong habit of burning out. Interesting with a lot of compelling studies. Great book.

What books helped you? Have you read these books? What did you think?

  • the songs of lennon and mccartney

    never go anywhere without it
  • "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "Cashflow Quadrant" by Robert Kiyosaki.

I know that they are more financial education then personal development books, that there actually are a lot about personal development in there. I have come to the realisation that financial success and personal develoment go hand in hand. And these two books have lots of both!

And also a book that has influenced me alot and changed the course of my life is "The Circle of Profit: How To Turn Your Passion Into $1 Million" by Anik Singal.
