Does Anyone Know How To Open / Activate Your Kundalini ?

    I guess the Kundalini mention above is related with yoga and meditation. If so Kundalini activation/open (jagaran) can be done with dynamic meditation. It is well explain and practice by all yoga and meditation expert by knowingly or unknowingly. However I prefer Osho Dynamic meditation for this. For beginners can start meditation slowly and later practice to activate Kundalini.
