I find this man's story so inspirational as I'm sure so many other people do: 15 Things You Didn't Know About Elon Musk
My favourite point in that YouTube video is #7 when they refer to Elon's "Moksha" moment. More on that here: The Monk Effect & Entrepreneurship. I think they could easily add Sylvestor Stallone to that "Moksha" moment article because his story is similar to Elon's in a lot of ways: Tony Robbins Discusses Sylvester Stallone's Success Story.

Who else is a great example of an entrepreneur who had a "Moksha" moment before hitting it big?

  • Genghis Khan had many many mocha moments. He was a general at 13. His armies conquered China,Russia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and more.

His descendants were about to pwning Europe but had to turn back for a funeral.

5% of the world is descendant of Genghis Khan.

His armies catapulted corpses onto enemy lines which brought the black plague to Europe.

That's a lot of moccha moments. Too many to count/mention I'm afraid.

    • This is interesting. I'll have to read more about Genghis Khan. I love biographies, they are my favourite reading material because you can learn so much from other people's lives and attitudes.

I stopped watching when the female voice in OP video said Musk was an inventor.

    No, Musk didn't invent anything.

Matter of fact the batteries that run Tesla cars are common 18650 laptop batteries... and no he didn't invent electric cars, rockets or hyperloops.
