The Last Quarter - Will You Crush It?

The year is quickly coming to a close and many of us have goals that we want to hit before the year is over. Many of us have goals that we still can't get started on and many of us have dreams that we have failed on.

My question is what will you do from now until December?

This is the part of the year many people get tired and most will probably give up.

Not You Though....

You're not one of those people. You have something on the inside that just won't allow you to give up.

You know that if you keep putting in the work you'll get the results you want.

It's the reason you keep doing this over and over. Year after year. The reward at the end of it all is the sweeter than the pain you're experiencing now. You see it in the eye of your mind and you just have to have it. It's why you won't give up. It's why you can't give up.

Not giving up means your kids and your family can have a better life. Not giving up means you can finally take your wife on the dream vacation and buy her anything she wants. Not giving up means you'll finally be able to kick that 9-5 to the curb.

And because of this when you close your computer down and think that you're done for the day, something sparks within you and suddenly you have a burst of energy that lasts for the next 15 hours. And guess what, you wake up tomorrow and do it all over again.

This is the price you've got to pay to be successful. You've got to be willing to work hard.

BUT....

I'll tell you now this isn't for the faint of heart. You've got to be relentless if you want to make it.

If you know right now within yourself that you are tired of just being normal and you are ready to take your business to the next level then....

Prove it

To your wife, to your kids and to your family. To YOURSELF!

Stop wasting time doing things that don't take your closer to your goals and do the things that will and...

PUT IN THE WORK

It's Fourth quarter LET'S MAKE SOME MONEY!

    I want to master untying kittens all wrapped up in string before the year is out!

    I sometimes want to give up, with all of the furry little sharp paws frantically flying about, but l have a deep need to master this and then share my technique with the world, so kittens everywhere will be free, lol.

      i fear for you man i fear for you.. you really need to talk the person who has mastered tieing the kittens up. into finding something a lot more humane ..

      now the last 2 quarters have been really harsh ..loosing my income via las bega changeing the rules and violating my rights to put me out of business ..but it was something i wanted to get out of anyway ..but not by having my income squesed untill it stopped..

      less crushing it the next 3 months and more getting in a place and working toward my long term goals .. which even though my finacial goals are smoldering piles of ash at this point ..my health, my mental state . and the recent events have forced me to a state of clarity ..

      so there is big possibility what looked like a big failure and suffering a fate worse than death.. and being homeless scared me more than dieing ..will probably turn out to be the best event for me to achieve my long term goals faster ..

      my line of thinking is freeded up from day to day survival.. and abel to focus on the best path to my long term goals ..

      the rest of this quarter need to earn enough to get back in a place that i can start working my growing my businesss out of ...and avoid making enough through the end of the year to have to file a tax return .

      but what i want to get in has the potential to be a six figrue busines in a year or two.. because it is someone several other people are doing

        Nice man. This is the time where you need to find everything within yourself and push to your goals. I'm sure that if we were to take a survey of how many of the people on this forum actually accomplished their goals this year, you would see not a lot of them have even come close to it.

        I'm happy with how much I've been able to get done this far for the year but deep within I know that there's a lot more for me to do.

        I want to hit the ground running hard in the new year.

    It's always a resounding YES. Say YES to your goals along with a pragmatic view and you got yourself a winner.

    Once you plant the seed, it's time that you start visualizing and reap the rewards down the line. People will get frantic and you'll set yourself for life.

    There are many rags to riches stories.

    Never compromise your belief system (that relies on a philosophy) like you wouldn't drive recklessly. Daniel son, the karate kid, is an example of how maturity can boost you an inch from the ground once you have resilience and a vision. And it feels like flying.

    You'll delve in harmony and see past the fog because everything will just rhyme.

      I love how you put this. Visualizing is a really important skill for any person who wants to be successful in life. As such, it's something I have begun to make a part of my daily life.

          Visualizing, lol, l don't bother with all of that crap, and just get to work.

          But l do drool over tropical images in the travel part of Sundays paper, so there is that!

            which tropical beach which country ..the tropic or tropical beach are many places around the world ..

            When i build my place in Hawaii that will be driving distance from beaches .with tropical beauty ..you can come visit for a few days or a week ..and eat from my organic garden.. and fruit trees.. and pull fish out of my small fish pond to fry up for lunch and dinner ..

            but i will have a little house so you might have stay a a hotel close by..haha ..so you can rent the bmw ya always talk about.. i'm not really a car guy so my main vehicle will be a delivery van that i use to deliver produce to high end restaurants that will pay top line prices for what i will grow.. or i mean they will pay me to grow ..

            the visualization really need a practical why ..you want to have this ..for it to do any good .

            at this point i am almost ready to jump on a plane to Hawaii and be homeless there and start working on my goals where i want to be ..I just don't want to be mosquito food ..haha

            Much of the problem with business today or why many companies suddenly crumble ..is they ae to focused on quarterly growth ..and hitting numbers this month.. or getting sold..that long term moves rarely get made ..vizualizaton and setting goals from that .. and getting perspective through the really "bad looking quarters " .

              Usually the Gold Coast, AU, but images of Punket, in Indonesian countires look good also, but the drugs being placed in bags,and speding the remainder of your holiday or life in a S***hole, tends to put me off.

                Is there a real personal reason you want to go to the tropix.. or is it a hold over from the make money on auto pilot while sitting on a beach.. internet market phase .. haha

                I know why i want to go back to the Philippines if i could.. Filipinas .. but there are many health and practical reason for me wanting to live in Hawaii ..i want to live where i can grow food all year..outdoors.. and be near the ocean ..and my bi polar disorder is much more stable in warm weather .. so where it is 75-90 degrees f all year ..is perfect for me .

                Plant me a nice little food forest that grows enough i never have to buy much food . get my eggs from ducks on my fish pond. and fish from the fish pond ..Have a smallish house that doesn't require much heating or cooling..a few fans maybe ..have energy need that solar panels can take care of ..

                Have my business so most of my living expenses can be passed on as business expense and be able to most of the work of the business on my land

                I could be there in 3-5 years starting from nothing .i don't care as much about getting rich i want a lifestyle where i am not chasing bills all the time and what i do to earn money is part off my lifestyle .

                the crops i want to grow microgreen can already get a premium price in many cities .. if i can grow and sell to pricey restaurants that like to keep tourist happy .. even better ..

                  I would say that it is a holdover!

                  I could have gone up there for a week, about 8 months ago, (50th) but decided to put all of my gift amounts and my own money into a high end laptop,...glad that l did.

                  From what l have heard Intel is considering changing the chip in modern laptops so old software will not work on it.

                  But yeah, l will hopefully go up there at the end of March, next year, as a reward for all of the hard work l have put in so far.

            what i am learning ..from doing thing the heard way of course .. is that the visualization ..is the map you use to set goals .

            if you have a strong detailed vision .. there are many parts and lots of mini goals that need to be accomplished in order to get their ..with many goals to work on that all tie together to achieve your vision..set back in areas ..are much less devastating as you can when you make progress in other areas..or when those set back actually cause greater focus in the final vision..

            the problems come when the vision you try and follow is not really yours and the goals that are set are not your vision of success but facade of success that others would see as success .

    There's nothing like taking the time to visualize the type of life you would like to live. When you can see clearly the things in your mind you want to have, then your mind will set into motion the actions you need to take to make the image in your mind a reality.

    This is something I have seen time and time again in my life and it's something that has helped me to accomplish many of the goals I've set. Now it's not just because you think about it you can have it, but it's when you see it in your mind you give your mind a vision to work towards.

      My long term goals are very long term goal ..living pat 100 years old and being healthy and vibrant and mobile.. it has been 4 years i have been shifting to that goal and regenerating my health and balancing my mental health ..and rewiring my mindset .

      there was a lot of junk pumped into my head and a lot of bad habits the led to being in very poor physical and mental health when i was 36.. and such a crappy ego and mindset ..

      even being homeless .. i have been able to make huge leaps of progress at improving my physical health mental health and my mindset .

      the main reason goal work and are effective..or how to get your goals to work ..is that you shift to creating in the present ..and taking actions in the present..based on the future you intend or want verse the past you do not want anymore..with goals or a vision for the future that you have to take an active role in ..you shift into default living or even worse self destructive behaviour based on running or hiding from the past .

      it can take ten years to get an acer of timber bamboo up to full production ..but for the next hundred years the maintenance of that acre is the harvest ..and you can get 5,000 to 25,000 per acre ..depending on what you do .

      this may seem counter intuitive ..but a main goal in the short term is not to do anything in the short term that may have long term negative consequences ..
