Although not classic motivational book, this book opens views on outsourcing and complete 21st century global movements and I`m pretty sure every Warrior will find it very inspirational and useful.

Try to find audio version, too. Something to listen over and over.
Highly recommended.

I really got alot out of Cialdini's "Influence: the psychology of persuasion"

and also Jay Abraham's "Getting the best out of everything you've got".
