Inspirational Dissatisfaction

... Many times being a successful Entrepreneur/Marketer can
be difficult. Sometimes we have to face "failure", lack of motivation,
and dissatisfaction ... However something I learned from Napoleon
Hill and W. Clement Stone is something they call: "Inspirational
Dissatisfaction."

Essentially, instead of becoming discouraged (etc.) use your
situation to inspire you to ... Keep going, keep taking action,
and keep trying.

Just a quick tip today. : ) What are your thoughts?

      Thanks Jamell. Yeah I think if a Person has a strong enough reason for what they're doing ... Well it definitely makes a difference.

        I think what separates the champions from the "also rans" is that champions know there will be tough times in the journey. But they still forge ahead each and everyday even when they don't feel like it, doing the little things no one else wants to do

          Are you trying to achieve any goals that require champion level efforts though.

          Look people are trying to do what they here rich people do build 7 stream of income and passive income . and become pro investors and what ever. Before they are making any income or enough income that allows them to save any money.

          Start where you can get results then use a level of dissatisfaction with those results to focus on where you can improve .then do the same with the new results until you hit a point you no longer want to put the effort into improve.and be satisfied with that. Even if others are far better.

            I use that term loosely. It's really subjective anyway. Many interpretations of that word "champion".

            For instance , I believe a single mother raising three kids through college is giving champion level efforts. Just as the man who had a stroke and is getting back to walking is giving champion level effort.

            Champion level effort is not just for people like Patrick Mahomes. As Jonathan said we are all to a certain extent "champions" if we keep getting up each and every morning giving 110% !!!

              Okay I understand that .

              If the things you need to do to increase the level of satisfaction in your life. Require far less effort than champion level effort.

              What if nothing you need to do to improve your life requires that much effort. For many people the place they need to apply champion level of efforts is to stop doing the things that they are doing that are causing the dissatisfaction. With a range of easy preventative actions that require little effort

              I'm adding this

              Be careful though and have some point good enough is good enough. At least for now. Or you just become that bitter person no one can please.

        -- I've had enough -- and I'm going to do whatever it takes to solve this
        problem and be successful."

        Sometimes it can be something of a Turning Point.

          In USA alone, we have 45,000+ suicides a year. An ending point for them, a turning point for loved ones left behind.

            The point was that when a Person is dissatisfied with their circumstances (etc.) ... Well they have the opportunity to do something about it. And many times that can be a great motivation.

              If you actually talk to a wide range of people. Face to face about the problem they have or with people on the lowest tier. Much of their dissatisfaction comes from things they feel they can't do anything about personally.

              I'm around hundreds of people on a daily basis going through some of the toughest issues you can deal with in a modernized county. Most broken beyond hope of ever getting better in this lifetime. And I have had a half dozen friends I have made along the way the last seven years die from their problems.

              In any case how people use the technology available to them . To address and improve the parts of their lives and behaviors they can actually do something about . Or they can is what available to look around social media or other media and feel perpetually hopeless

            That's a terrible statistic to stare in the face on Valentine's.

            Worse still is the chillin' thought that with an ounce more empowahment they mighta took sum othah people out while biddin' their prematyoore adieu.

            That is why you gotta lift people up whenevah you can.

            You cain't always fix evrythin', but you can mebbe do sumthin'.

      Hi Alex great question.

      I think having a strong Reason for what you want to accomplish
      makes a difference: Sometimes money/Financial Freedom/etc.
      is enough ... However many times it's something more than that.
      (Like making a "contribution" for example.)

      According to The Britannica Dictionary "Inspiration" is defined as:
      "Something that makes someone want to do something or that
      gives someone an idea about what to do or create."

      I'm working on some Personal Development Essays and naturally
      I thought they were great ... However looking at them with a more
      "detached"/objective perspective they could be so much better. And
      so that "dissatisfaction" inspires me to improve them.
