How do i visualise and prioritize 3 goals at once?
All 3 are in progress, and for sake of clarification the % are defined as how close one is to distribution for its target audience.
1. internet marketing a single product (70%done)
2. online business ( 50%done)
3. to be artist( 50%done)
All are relevant to online marketing but are 3 different projects
We all know a successful person sets one goal and sticks to it...and the shortest path to a goal is in a straight line...but what if the shortest path ISNT in a straight line. For example for 3, i have my project ready but begging for funds in this climate means i have to be more resourceful which means it could take more time to raise the funds myself.
if i had to justify why im pursuing more than one goal is because
1. is to raise money to fund 3, and at same time practice the skills involved in 3.
2. sets the direction for what i want to be - entrepreneur expressing my creative ability, long term income but also make a difference and also fund 3. long term.
3. is a passion (art) that i feel is my true calling but with the recession affecting this particular creative industry, ive had to become more entrepreneurial to find new ways of funding. this will take TIME.
My questions:
how would you prioritize these, and why - in order of % progress or in order of how it will affect the main goal ( 3)?
what would you say if i said i had another creative business idea that could increase my income, bearing in mind that 2 and 3 have taken 10 years of my life and im still not closer - start it now or just finish number 1 whilst having 2 and 3 constantly in development?
