Why is it that you can read something inspiring and say that is great. You might even be revved up for a few days to try it, and, then you go back to your unsatisfactory habits/life. I read somewhere something to the effect that there was a study that said 4 in 10 people won't change if their life depended on it. (Note:Not sure the number or what the reference was for).
