Hi Guys,

The concept of having an Accountability Partner is new for me (just got some encouraging comments in the other section to help me go for it) and I am committed to giving it a serious try.

So, I am looking for a partner who is:

-Serious about achieving his professional goals (it'll be great if you are a full time IM-er).
-Willing to take as much interest in my business and seeing me succeed as I would in his.
-Preferably from a closer time zone as mine (GMT+0530)
-Not afraid to give an occasional 'tough love'.
-Can communicate daily (pref. by voice) at mutually agreed times to review each others' day and plan for the next.

I guess that should be all. Again, its a mutual agreement, so all the above requirements apply to me too. We'll keep it simple; the idea is to make each other stay on track of our daily and short term goals. It's not necessarily for bouncing ideas off each other and certainly not for sharing each other's work burden.
