Delete Useless Data Strategy

I believe conditioning effective patterns in your mind is one of the most powerful things you can do! If you have patterns in your mind that automatically get rid of useless data, your brain will carry out the instructions to get rid of them. Sound crazy? It's as real as real can get. I've been immersed in mind patterns that simply put, get results. You can direct your unconscious to create things that take place in the background, and work very mechanically without much effort. SINCE THERE ARE SO MANY OF THESE in your mind already, it's really quite easy once you believe you can, and you have a strategy, to go in there and create automatic patterns. The criteria for useless information is
  1. You can't learn anything from it.
  2. It doesn't help you to move toward an outcome in your life.
  3. It has anything to do with resentment.
  4. It creates a negative emotional response in your body. (not to be confused with action signals from emotions indicating to you that you need to change something)
  5. It puts you in a bad state or lowers your level of performance.

The strategy is this: Get into an alpha brain state, by relaxing and getting into a meditative state. Knowing these criteria, and repeating them all a couple times, repeat the phrase "Delete useless information," in your mind. Then actually engage in deleting data from your mind that doesn't serve you to give your mind an idea of what to do from now on. You'll see the system start to act on it's own, it's incredible! I believe getting a hold of your internal communication patterns, and intentionally altering them, is one of the base factors for massive achievement. Thanks for reading!

  • I’m currently studying hypnotherapy and it is said that you are 200 times more receptive when you are in the alpha state. It’s a very interesting and powerful subject. I strongly agree with what you say.

  • I don't know if this is alpha state but:

    I find a good technique is to have an empty brain. As soon as you wake up switch on a tape of content that you want to learn listen intently, then rest. Try to in put very little demanding content into the brain for the rest of the day and you should learn the content very well.

    • Alpha is just below Beta (awake state) and is the lightest stage of hypnosis, everyone enters the Alpha state many times each day.

      You are in the Alpha state when you are driving a car and are on "autopilot", while engrossed in a good book, while watching a TV show or watching a movie, listening to a boring speech, or even day-dreaming.

      In the Alpha state you are 200% more open to suggestion then the normal Beta state (awake state).
