No Boss to "motivate" you?
Last "motivation" video took you more than 3 hours, but at the end, you just sleep motivationally?

Here my simple method !

It's called ! "Raise Your Wand ! Wake Your Harry Potter Within"

Well, I'm quite a fan of this young boy, and inpatient to wait the last movie.

Ok, here what I do?

1. First, I just need to be clear what I want to do. As example, I just finish up posting 2 posts on my blogs.

2. Then, raise your hand with your pointer finger point anything in front of you.

3. Then say this word, "Focuspify"

4. While saying that word loudly, think inside your mind that you want to ____(1)___ in ___(2)_____ minutes/hour.

5. Done !


Legend : Replace :
(1) with whatever IM activity you want to do
(2) set your time here

If it's not work, you got to do something ninja here.
1.Close unrelated windows
2. Close unrelated tab (bookmarked it first if it's important)
3. Take 3 times deep breath
4. Then, read the charm above once again
