Stop Now

Take a moment right now to see if you're mentally living in the future or the past.

Worrying. Remembering. Planning ahead. Regretting, or agonizing over the past.

Learn from your mistakes. Plan for the future. But keep your mind present.

How often do you stop, pull back, and come back to the present?

If you're onto something good, keep going.
  • My mind is constantly making future plans, planning future projects and developing future ideas. Is that wrong?

    • No, "the future belongs to those who plan for it" Just don't forget to enjoy the "now"
  • And do not stop and forget to implement. Only plan does not help.
  • For the most part, I think about the future far more than the past. I appreciate the notion of being more into the present moment, and I could probably benefit from that. These days, most of the things I'm doing in the present moment are for future results, so that's where my mind is.

That's why I should go spend a day or two on a beach. So I can sit there, think about the present moment and how good my skin feels or how pretty the soft waves are.
  • we make mistakes everydad, we learn from it every day, what we got at last? I am not sure!
  • I am living at now.
