Best setting for subliminal software

I've got new subliminal software lately. Very curious how to use it effectively.
I'd love to hear some experienced advice about
- flashing interval
- massage duration
- number of affirmation in session

Some experience / results about these kind of software will be appreciated.

  • I bought some subliminal software about a month ago. Here is what I understand to work. I have noticed a little difference in my motivation so far...

    Top Tip #1: Run ONE Subliminal Power Program at a Time!

    You can officially run as many Subliminal Power "subliminal programs" as you want. In my original e-mail to you, I did suggest running a maximum of three program at any one time. However if you really want SUPER-FAST, SUPER-POSITIVE CHANGE, just select ONE PROGRAM and keep it running. You'll see results in just a couple of days.

    Top Tip #2: The Default Options Are the BEST Options!

    They weren't accidental! Random message location; 10% contrast; displaying every 5 seconds for 100 milliseconds. These are the settings we've found to bring the most powerful change in the least amount of time.

    Top Tip #3: Write Your OWN Subliminal Power Programs!

    Nobody knows you like you. So why not tell Subliminal Power exactly what you want to change? In the "Select Subliminal Programs" window, click the "New" button, then add your own affirmations, one per line. Save the file, then return to Subliminal Power. You'll see your new program in the list! Just select it and you're ready-to-go. Remember: Affirmations should always be positively-phrased. Keep your affirmations short and simple, and don't use negative words such as "DON'T", "CAN'T", "WON'T" or "NEVER." Refer to the help file for more information.

    Top Tip #4: Start Brain Bullet with Windows!

    Honestly, you'll be surprised how many people forget to do this. Make sure you get MAXIMUM USE out of Subliminal Power, and have it running whenever you're using your PC. Just tick the "Automatically start with Windows" box.

      It's program that flash text and/or picture affirmation up your screen in super-fast speed. So you won't consciously notice, but your mind can pick them up.

  • Hi FrankVII, Nice to know you're into Subliminal messaging too but let me just ask you, what specific area are you trying to improve? have you tried watching the live demo at mindmaster.tv? I suggest you spend some time there and there are a lot of success stories too that you can learn from. Good luck Pal!
