Are you heading forward or backward now?

Before doesn't matter. Neither does 20 seconds from now.

Focus on Now.

Good question.. I appreciate when someone tells me to concentrate on the moment because sometimes I slip in to thinking about too many things at once, but this advice always brings me back.

How can you ever know unless you have clarity around your goal.
