    I think I prefer something like Larry Winget's NO BS style.

      I would say that working on our self-image is an action. It takes a lot of focus and mental energy to do that.

      Most times, I find it easier to just work on writing articles, posting links, writing out my marketing plans and working through the steps... but as I grow older, I think the inner work is just as important, if not more.

      Just my opinion, everyone is different.
