Usually it is a text file or a 1 page PDF doc zipped with the other document files. If you search for PLR you'll see most will put the list on the sales page in the [YES] [NO] format. Generally speaking PLR has all rights except maybe prohibiting someone from using your name in their marketing.

I put PLR rights within my PLR zipped folder in a txt file alongside the articles. I also have it on my PLR website so people can see the rights before they buy. You can see many examples if you look at PLR sales pages or download any PLR packs.

It is advisable to include what rights you are giving to your customers/visitors either PLR RR or MRR. Both examples above are helpful. I would add one more and that is check the WSO for special offer on plr packs where rights are usually spelled out
