The million dollar mindset

Hey fellow Warriors, I decided I'd share with a very strong mindset I've developed over the years which has helped me and will hopefully help you

Your past does not represent your now or future

The past is the past, leave it as that.

Learn from it, move on.

Do not let your past define your future and most importantly do not let your past BECOME your future.

You are the master of your destiny

You control the outcome of your life.

If you want to make a million dollars, you can make a million dollars.

But don't just EXPECT to make a million dollars by ASKING for it, you need to go out there and take the steps towards doing so. TAKE ACTION.

Stop worrying about things that are out of your control

What people think about you, what your friends/family do, what other people do, isn't in your control.

So stop complaining about it, because there is nothing you can do about it.

You'll notice when you stop focusing on things that are OUT of your control and start focusing on things that are IN your control, you will notice a huge shift in your life.

Would love for everyone to chime in with their wisdom/thoughts

- Rob

  • wise words!

I just stopped waisting time on ifs and whys so to say a couple of days ago. And really, it's made a difference. I started working at last whatever slow results I have. Hopefully, the results will progress with time.
  • Really true. Awesome Advice Mate. Keep up the good work
  • Powerful words you got there man, and I will totally agree with you on that. A person's past doesn't necessarily represent a man at present. People learn from their past, and from that learning, they will improve and be better. People should never judge a person just because of his/her past.
We are the sole master of our life and we make our own destiny by making decisions along the journey of our life. We may encounter ups and downs, and all of our experiences are there to teach us lessons.
And the third let not your worries be a hindrance to your objectives. Do not allow that worry to cloud your mind since it will consume your entire mind and would make you inactive on what you want to do.

Stay in a positive thought and keep moving forward in life.
  • Had to write these points down, thanks!
  • Great simple tips! Thanks for sharing!
  • Great post Rob! All of this is true. Many people think they are "stuck" due to certain things that happened in their lives, or they need to stay on the level of people around them. It's not the case! You can change any of this, if you just change your way of thinking.

  • I totally agree with you. Don't make excuses for yourself and don't complain. You can say you can't be successful because you have little education. Some very wealthy people have little formal education. And there are hosts of other excuses and limiting beliefs.

You have just as much right to be happy and successful as anyone else. The world is wonderful place full of opportunities. Don't shut yourself off and feel sorry for yourself. Get out there - give of yourself unselfishly - learn all you can - make a difference in other people's lives - and success will naturally follow you. And by the way I'm suggesting that you become like Mother Theresa. The important thing is to put yourself in a position where things can happen when your mindset is ready for it.
