“On Taking Responsibility …”

One of the most important “concepts” I learned from Jack Canfield (“The Success Principles”) is how to take 100% responsibility for my life. As Jim Rohn said “You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind … but you can change yourself.”

So stop making excuses. Stop blaming people. Why? Because the only person who is responsible for your success is you. : ) This is what leaders do. This is what winners do. And, this is what men do. In assuming responsibility, Steve Pavlina communicates:
“If I’m unhappy, it’s because I’m creating it.”

  • This is a great post. All points were clear and true. We are responsible in every consequence of our decisions and actions.

    • You had to attend a course to realise that?

I knew by instinct it is a big bad world out there and act accordingly

  • It sure is, you must take responsibility.
  • I know so many who have limited themselves because they don't understand this concept. They'd rather project their problems outwards then take a few minutes to reflect and determine how they can correct them.
