60/10 for health!

Hello Warrior,
Just wanna remind you all like what my IM Guru said about 60/10.
After working for 60 minutes in front of computer/laptop, you have to take a rest for 10 minutes to keep your mind in fresh condition.

Just stand up from your chair, take a walk, take a deep breath, etc. just refresh your mind.

  • Hi Irvan, thanks for the reminder.

    I have found the best way to do this is purchase a countdown timer that allows you to set 2 different times. I have mine sitting alongside my computer and when the longer countdown goes to zero I press the reset button and then press timer 2 which is set for the shorter time and start that counting down.

    When I have got up from the computer I rehydrate myself by drinking a glass of water or I make a green Tea and I try and do something physical such as bouncing on the mini trampoline or even doing some houswork just to get the heart pumping a bit faster and the blood circulating. It is also good to go outside if you can and do a few deep breaths to get some extra oxygen in the blood to keep you alert.

    Remember take good care of those that you love and that should include YOU.

  • I Thinks it's true and good for eyes to take reset.
  • Yes! we need relaxation periods in order to keep ourselves working for long hours.I do get up off the sit (not exactly at 60 min. but whenever I feel the need),do a little hand, leg n neck movements,bend forward and backward,some deep breathing and take a lot of water.
