You know who you are! The person who stays when most people think you should move on. It's both a gift and a curse. It's horrible, but beautiful at the same time. But essential for entrepreneurial, within reason, careers.

  • Its a question of finding the right balance between sticking to one thing and changing direction. The key is to have the presence of mind to know when sticking to the same thing is not going to work out too well in the future.

    But yes, stubbornness and persistence are essential to real success of any sort, whether in business or in life.

    • Oh yeah, there's no doubt that there is a fine line one has to play. The stubbornness, however, helps in this business because it keeps you there trying to advance. Of course, is something's not working, you'll have to tweak it.
