    nice share,,,
  • I like this one: BrianKim.net
  • well.. pardon the sarcasm .. but as a big new ager .. or post new ager.. the best thing you can learn from new age stuff is the practice of picking the good ideas out of the bull**** ..(is that censored ?)

a big help for me when i hit that point was to let my intuition guide me to the iinformation that was most needed for growth ..and regular self observation... because if your trying to help yourself.. you gotta really know who your helping
  • Believe it or not Norman Vincent Peale was heavily influenced by new age and taught the same ideas.

I would recommend you take what works and leave out what doesn't as Odahh suggested. As they say, "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water"

  • wrcato, the question I have is what kind of self help are you looking for? There are so many areas in our lives that we can improve.... relationships; finances, health, mental health.... I have read so many books over the years on a range of topics for personal growth that I could recommend if I knew what area(s) were of interest to you!
  • I agree. What kind of self-help are you looking for? I think the biggest source of help in my life has been finding recovery from low self-worth and codependency. Check out 12Step.org for Sobriety, Strength and Serenity

  • What a great idea!! i'ld like to know more how many people you met on 1st sept, i'm quite late to see this forum.Very good! Nice information this is really interesting.
  • I haven't been looking up specific blogs, however the books you'd probably enjoy are by the New Thought movement authors. I guess they wrote with more character and heart rather than modern fluffiness.
