Has anyone had hypnosis sessions or used hypnosis audio files? Wonder what your experience was. I've used them successfully for relaxation etc...but not for other self help/business stuff etc.....

  • I use hypnosis all the time. In fact, even as I'm writing this, I'm listening to a omnilinear hypnotic file from Steve G. Jones titled "Unlimited Wealth", and yes, after continued use it certainly does have a positive effect on my mind.

    I can tell you, without a doubt, that I've learned more about wealth and grown to adopt a wealth mindset through the masterful hypnotic suggestions of Igor Ledochowski with his "Money in Your Mind" series. I listen to it very often - mostly once per day - and I can say that my thoughts about wealth, drive, focus, and clarity are substantially expanded as a result.

    I've written two articles on my personal website, and I'd highly recommend you read both if you have any struggles or inhibitions to money as a result of having a negative mindset. They both feature a link at the bottom to Igor's Money in Your Mind course, and I deeply suggest that if you're not earning the money you want to be earning, then you should buy his wealth hypnosis course - Regardless if you get it from me or not.

    If you've got time to complain about not having enough money, but aren't willing to invest the time to read two articles that could help you adjust your mindset to achieve greater success, then your future as an entrepreneur is a bleak one, and I wouldn't recommend you read either of my articles.

    I wouldn't ever risk sacrificing my credibility if it wasn't something that wasn't producing results for me, and something that I believed in.

    So all in all, yes, I use hypnosis audio files regularly, and I do get results from them. The trick is to listen to the same file daily for weeks or months, never breaking your pattern in doing so, and you should start seeing and feeling noticeable results, which in turn will drive you to keep listening and producing even MORE results.

    It's awesome stuff, and if you want a course that helps you build wealth in a consciously direct and subconsciously indirect way, then get Igor Ledochowski's Money in Your Mind series. I don't even mind if you don't get it through my website, but I DO mind that you do something to consciously improve your position in life so that you can start achieving what you desire.

    Then you won't have to complain about not being successful on the Warrior Forum.

    • Hypnosis helps in many points of view. I have hypothetical music for relaxation, I have also listen self hypnotism methods of videos. It works actually. It is Meta Physics. I met one Phd holder on Meta Physics and collected some great movies which insist you for self help. It leads to success and self improvement. I experienced myself.

  • There's different types of hypnosis.

    There's the type where you go into a state of deep relaxation to change beliefs, help you relax, etc.

    There is therapeutic hypnotherapy where you go back to the source of blocks and remove them through various techniques.

    I'm trained in both.

    There is also subliminal CDs which you can use while you work. They have messages which slip into your subconscious mind without your conscious mind yelling, "Liar, liar pants on fire!"

    • Self Hypnosis audios by Paul Sheele are very famous and very effective for personality development and self help. He has used an advanced technology in his audio tapes called paraliminal sounding. These tapes are very much helpful for personal as well spiritual growth

  • I don't really used hypnosis, I usually talk to people and that's where I am getting my energy from.
  • I don't use hypnosis, but I do practice meditation for 20-30 minutes daily. I think the concept is sort of the same, I put on soothing music which also helps me time myself and clear my mind. By the end I feel a combination of relaxed and energized, it's awesome and helps a lot during the day when you feel stuck on an idea and need a new angle.

  • I used hypnosis many years ago and it was very powerful, some of the technique was go impactful that it stayed with me till this day.

    wouldn't it be great if there was hypnosis tracks just for us internet marketers (to succeed). "you now have a list of 10,000" LOL "you now earn 10k per month" stuff like that :-)

    • Tory, you can make an adequate subliminal CD of your own without the hypnosis part. It's still work wonderfully.
      Write down the affirmations you want.
      Record them in your own voice.
      If you have some peaceful Royalty Free music use it as a background. (This is optional.)
      Play the CD in the background while you're doing things. You don't want it blasting. In fact, you don't even need to understand the words. Your subconscious mind will pick it up and use it.

      Try it! If you don't have software to record it get audacity freeware.

  • a bump here for additional sources of good hypnosis material.

    I found a couple recordings and many books at public libraries. You can do a state wide search and request a few be transferred to local library for pickup.

    • Yes I have used hypnosis and Steve G. Jones is my instructor, I am a certified hypnotherapist. And yes I not only listen to hypnosis recordings, I make subliminal with and without binaural hypnosis recordings. (Brain entrainment.)

      It is always interesting to watch the reactions of people when I say I'm a hypnotherapist. Some will take a small half step back...which always strikes me as a curious thing because it's not like I'm going to do the old movie hypnosis "thing" or have them quack like a duck right there...

      Seriously though, I would never do that nor would I ever, ever use NLP or subliminals to 'force' something negative on someone. Number one, because it isn't ethical; Number two: A person cannot 'force' someone to do something that person believes to be wrong.

      It is my belief that it is an honor to trusted enough to offer suggestions that can intimately effect a person's subconscious mind.

      Meditation is quite like a form of self-hypnosis and can be very, very effective in so many ways. It is indeed wonderful! I have fallen out of the practice and one I really should make an effort to start again!

    • Best hypnosis audios I've ever heard came from Paul McKenna. The guy is great - you can find him on Amazon. I stumbled across him once and he was the first guy who really was able to "put me under". Do a search for "I can make you sleep".

      You need to look into binaural beats and hypnosis audios if you're interested in self hypnosis. I've found that meditation and binaural beats can have that same hypnotic effect on you.

      - Do a YouTube search for Derren Brown - you will be blown away!
      - Do a YouTube search for the "Hypnotic Handshake" or "Instant Hypnosis Induction" - you will be blown away Part II!
      - Do a google search for 'vHypno'. It's a Windows XP program that lets you make some really snazzy hypnosis videos. If you have Win XP laying around get it and play.

  • Hi, I have never tried hypnosis but reading the positive threads would like to try one which can make you feel relaxed. Any recommendations which ones work the best.
  • yes hypnosis def. can enhance your life and change it for the better. One way is to do it through recordings. The faster, and in my opinion more effective way, is to go see a hypnotist. But of course it is more expensive.
    Nowadays there are some hypnotists out there who can do great work over Skype or phone.
    Besides myself I can recommend some other hypnotists that I know are fantastic. Most of them are students of Igor Ledochowski, as he is one of the best trainers currently available on the market. Just pm me if interested.
  • Yes, I second what Marktwins says above. Paulsheele's audio files are indeed excellent. My problem is I do not listen to them as frequently as I should.
  • I too have only used them as well as biofeedback entrainment but only for relaxing and deep meditation. Sorry no help here.
