  • Nice book. The title itself is awesome. I am into books like this also and i just couldnt find eternity in meditations i hope this helps.

    • Yeah the info in there is first class in my opinion.

      The author does an awesome job of breaking stuff down that just seemed too complex.

      Like imagine reading the Bhag advad gita and actually understanding all of it instead of just tiny fragments, it's like that in my opinion. Plus the meditation he teaches is excellent and one of a kind IMHO.

  • I think that people sometimes mistake the meaning of eternity. It's not "time going on forever" but.. the ABSENCE of time. The moment. That's why if you can silence your mind in meditation, you lose the sense of time. It just doesn't exist anymore. I've had more than one meditation session where I really got into it and was shocked - really shocked - that clock time said that 4 hours had gone by. It's like when you get totally involved in something you love to do, and you're completely focused on it, you stop being aware of time. Interesting!

      And sometimes the other way around too! Like ill be sitting there and swearing till im blue in the face that I have been meditating for like an hour when its really only been 3 minutes.

      I guess my bones dont like my weight, lol!
