  • I like the idea you've posted - but for most people who are stuck in their problems I'd say you need to take this one step at a time. So if you're like a rabbit caught in the car headlights then the first thing is accept you have a problem. Its outside of you NOT part of you. Then dare to believe that there MIGHT be a solution. Now you can go on to put some attention away from the problem and start thinking about a fancy solution! (oh and if you're the rabbit you'd better do it quickly!)

  • I can't exaggerate how many times I simply let go of the problem altogether figuring that the answer would show up if I just patienly waited for it to arrive in its own time.

    For me, many of the instances I did this, it turned out to be a successful strategy. Maybe that's just the way my body/mind mechanism works. I don't know, but I do like the way things ususally turn out. (Not always)

    Letting go of the responsibility to dig out the right answer all the time is the best path in my case.

    LEARN FROM THE SITUATION

    Take it that whatever situation you are facing right now is meant for you to learn from so as to make you a better person and ultimately successful. If only you will learn from it, the situation can mould you, teach you something and make you grow. In times of difficulties, focus on the solution instead of the problem. Let your thinking be about the ideal solution to the problem, rather than wasting precious time rehearsing and reflecting on the problem. The more you begin to think about the solution, the more you become positive, the nearer you are to the solution.
