"You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar".

When that idiom is applied to every manner of marketing and sales?

  • it means that if you are nice to people (honey) they will like you better than if you are harsh (vinegar) with them.
  • I like the saying.
  • I love me some vinegar! But I'm guessing fly don't?

    Be nice and people will buy more from you than if you're tarty. Don't be late
  • If you are considerate and courteous of a persons situation in their business you will get more attention on what you have to offer than if you are cold and inconsiderate ans simply want to qualify or move on.
