The sliva method

Have any of you guys tried the silva method.Is it for real can it really improve youre mental capacties dramaticly?

Like I heard, one of my friends tried it. It's working when you become fully responsible (active) in your brains. It involves self-help, IQ management.

Silva method is mind control self-help program developed my Jose Silva in 1944. Silva was an electrical repairman who took to learning esoteric ways of harness the mind, etc.

Regarding the question, my short answer is, some people believe coffee is healthful, others harmful.

Silva method can only be effective if you want it to be effective. Otherwise, a simple meditation in your room or a short prayer, if done from the heart is just as good.

  Yes but things like the Silva method are good for blue prints. The bad thing is it is so dated now. There are many more up to date programs from Tony Robins, etc.

Sylva method is just one brand for brainwave entrainment. It's scientifically valid and used for many therapies. Robbins does not do this, he does NLP which I find more difficult to implement. Personally I make my own tracks.
