  • I also lived a very unhealthy lifestyle before. It's not only my health but also my relationships with my family and friends. I worked too much and neglected to provide time to take care of my health as well as my loved ones. It's a good thing I'm changing that today and I'm actually getting better at it.

  • That is one mistake I am blessed not to be making to my knowledge. I do a slow and steady approach to my business and stick with that.
