Are you looking for ideas or motivation? I mean failure kinda of goes hand in hand with taking action since most of the time we only succeed in finding ideas that don't work. But that doesn't mean that the next idea will end in failure, it's just the realization that success is a ongoing process.

Don't look on it as failing. Look on it as gaining experience and finding ways that aren't working for you. Everyone finds ways that won't work. It's part of building your business. Success is usually just around the corner after a so-called failure and when people give up, they don't realise how close they came. Never give up.

Have you heard what Thomas Edison said, when someone asked him:

"How did you feel, when you tested the light bulb for several hundred times and you failed. Miserable?"

"Not at all - I learned all the wrong ways to do it along!"

So, stick to this message. Every failure should be there for a reason - to learn something and keep moving forward. Saying that - don't stick to your old game plan - if something doesn't work, change a detail and test it.

I have a friend who used to practise golf swing for hours with no improvement - of course, he used wrong technique. Therefore - you should work smart and have your goal always in front of you!

Just my two cents worth. But, you are succeeding at your business. You've said so yourself. You are seeing minimal results. But you are getting results. Fantastic.

How did you get those results. Focus on the results you are seeing and do more of that to get more results.

Keep moving forward. Every success, even the minimal ones, will build upon the next and the next and the next. Until, you feel successful.

Ask yourself, "What would it take to make me feel like a success?"

Either continue on the path you are on with the plan you have, or change the plan.

No. You don't cope with feelings of failure..unless failure is your goal.

You stop failing. There is a reason people are wealthy, a reason why they succeed. They hate failing more than they like winning. They hate being poor more than they hate the effort it takes to make money.

You feel the anguish of failure until you finally tire of it, and do something about it.

The worst curse I could give you is "I hope you find comfort in failing".

I know this isn't where I should be. But if you don't pick yourself up off the floor...you'll stay there. And once you get used to that...there is no hope for you.

"There is no failure - only feedback" has been a useful saying for me. How many times did Eddison fail before he worked out the light bulb - at least 200 times - and I for one am so glad he kept on getting feedback until he succeeded!

First, remove the word "failure" from your mind. I think you have fixated on it so much that it shows in your business. If you can do that, then you don't have to deal with it.

Negativity spreads like a virus.Focus on the elements of your life that are a success. Focus on what is working.

Have faith in yourself. Motivate yourself. Stay around positive people who lift your spirits. Keep your distance from negative people. Think positive thoughts. Believe in yourself no matter what others say.

Plan everything out. Your strategies. Your goals. Your aim. And set time limits to them. Push yourself and concentrate

Try again, with more passion, don’t repeat your mistakes, bigger goals, and higher determination. Give it your 100%.

How long did you actually build your business?

How many consecutive hours per day?

What kind of income producing activities did you do per day?

Income producing activities are stuff like driving traffic to a good System or offer.

Most people think they failed.

I personally think most people haven't even started.

You may be feeling like a “failure” however that doesn't mean you are one. On the contrary, you've been taking action and that is something to feel good about.

You're on the right path to success. Almost everyone experiences what you're going through at the moment before reaching their goal(s).

Keep going and learning from your mistakes and success is inevitable.

Failure is not an option, although it does sometimes happen.
Look upon it as a learning experience.

Sometimes the best lessons in life are those that cost you not only monetary
pain, but also physical and emotional pain.

A great way to combat the feeling of being a failure is to stop focusing on that feeling (and that lie). Stop focusing on the results you are Not getting; and start focusing on the results that you ARE getting.

Those minimal results. How did you get those? What actions did you take? Can you leverage those results? Can you improve upon those actions that you took to get those results so that you can get bigger and better results?


As others have said, don't look at something that didn't work as a failure, take it as a learning experience and make changes.

But in a nutshell, take the goals that you have, and turn them into a Why question; or take disempowering questions and turn them into empowering questions.

For example: Right now, your mind may be thinking "Why am I failing?" or "Why am I not getting better results?"

Instead, go with: "Why am I succeeding?" "Why am I so successful?" "Why am I getting such great results?"

You're mind likes to answer questions, so it will search and guide you towards the actions you need to take.


Keep feeding your mind with positive things, surround yourself with people that believe in you, and most importantly keep taking action.

First, feel the true misery, or anguish, or rage associated with failure. Not sure what "a while" means, but I failed horribly for 3-4 years, and had to feel out my rage and utter disgust to fuel m maniacal drive to succeed

Number 2, focus on opportunity, not failure. If you are failing to make money you have been blessed with an opportunity to assess your blocks to money. Then you would take the opportunity to write a gratitude list for 20 minutes daily, and spend 20 minutes affirming your immense wealth and when you seize these opportunities, money, and money making, business growing ideas, and success, flow your way.

Opportunities exist. Failure is a myth. But first, embrace your feelings around the concept of failure to be free of your negative energies.

Have you sat down and analyzed?

Did you do a proper market study before getting into the business you got in?

Have you tries long enough and hard enough?

Did you invest the right funds at the right places?

There are so many reasons for failure –
BUT –

There are even more reasons for success.

Failure or success is in your hands – but if you have got into a BUM business, then you definitely cannot expect to succeed.

So, is the business you are doing, the right one?

Sit down. Analyze. Re-think.

Life is all about going on and on – that is what success really is.

Sometimes things just do not work.. there could be MANY reason why this happens, but one thing you cannot think is you are a failure!!!

A failure is someone who does not try... so if you have tried.. take your hat off to yourself my friend!!!

as long as you can look in the mirror and say to yourself, 'I gave it my best shot... '

I believe this is all you can ask of yourself!

if things do not work, you simply learn for your experiences and move onto or next project. These experiences will make you a better and stronger person!

I have tried about 7 different businesses over the past 10 years.... 4 amounted to nothing but 3 become a success, a big success... but i honestly believe i would not have had these successes if i would not have done the other 4 businesses first if this makes sense?

So keep the faith my friend and keep chipping away!

Stay on track and keep at it. The opportunity will come (as long as the business has been executed well). People usually quit when they're days away from doing something great

One of the things that helped me a lot when I was in your position was to think of my money as invested and not as wasted!
All the information you have gained, all the experience (no matter if it's negative) will help you in the future and you will turn things around. Maybe you haven't find the right business yet, don't stop looking. If you have any questions I will be happy to help you!

You haven't failed until you give up. You are just not making the results you are expecting. Either do some more or do something else.

My dictionary definition of failure is, "nonperformance of something due, required, or expected".

I used to feel a failure until I realised that I wasstarting to expect to fail.
Of course - I was succeeding then because I was actually achieving what I was expecting - failure!

I turned my attitude around by aligning my beliefs of success and achievement, dosing myself on inspirational videos, feel-good music and by building habits that supported my ongoing achievement of small goals.

Yea failure hurts a lot doesn't it...? When you're working to the bone and seeing minimal results, it's not difficult to feel like a failure, but I'll tell you something you already know... Keep going...

If it's not working, improve it.. If it can't be improved, start again... Not too long ago, I was failing horribly as well... But thinks have finally turned around for me, and I know for a fact they'll turn for you too, you'll be amazed at what a little bit of patience can do for a person...

Take a break for now, recharge your batteries, and most importantly, remember that reason you even decided to pursue this path in the first place... You know that reason, just think about it, and press on... I wish you the best, roc1987...

The best way is to read positive books or listen to positive audios, i tend to do both. You should give any business at least six months to flourish. work on your mindset and the results will follow.

The best thing is to hold onto those small successes you've had. If you haven't had any small successes, try and get some. Shooting for the stars is great, but trying to get that first mini success is many times better...just as a motivational tool.

When I started, I literally went to the train stations handing out flyers for CPA offers. It was horrific but it proved the concept in my head, which only helped motivate me and get me out of that failure mindset.

So that's something to try.
