  • I don't know about any particular programme as such, but I can tell you what I have found from those who have been making their own goals.

Take it for what it is worth, but this is what I do.

First, set a goal, and a date you want to get it.
Really visualize it, write it down, as if it is already here. Include senses in it - sounds, sights, etc.

You want to be able to read it and feel like you are already there.

Once you have done that, you want to read it once in the morning, and once at night.

In addition, you want to make a plan - decide what you need to do to get there. Make a plan.
If you keep focused on the goal, make it your vision, you will find it much easier to persist, because you know where you want to be.

When you fall down, as long as you have that goal, you WILL get there... just make sure that you know the goal, live the goal, and push on.

It doesn't matter if it is a monthly income, a project that you want to see done, or a weight you want to achieve. Anything at all, if you apply these principles, will get you there.

I am by no means an expert, but I have written a bit based on the people I have been studying.

    Hope that helps!

  • Ok so do you think paying money for a course is a waste of money or useful?

    • I personally would not pay for a program.

If you follow more directly with making something specific, you can definitely do it yourself.

Do you have a goal in mind?
  • What about this? Study about the things you want to achieve for a week and pursue it afterwards in the near future. It doesn't need to be difficult but it really needs a goal that you are chasing.
  • Ali, not to be too salesy here, but I just submitted a new WSO an hour ago that is still pending approval. It is called, the "30 Day Goal Machine - Got a Goal? Here's Your Map!" It should come out this week for $5.97 starting price as a dime sale.

You don't have to buy my WSO, but what I have done is keep a goal journal devoted to one goal for 30 days. By journaling each day on my actions toward reaching that goal, and asking myself questions, I have had great success in creating massive action.

One goal + 30 days + daily journaling = massive action.

The funny thing is, when I get into a massive action mindset, it spreads over onto other goals I am working on at the time.

Again, I don't usually jump onto these threads to push my own stuff, but the timing of your question was pretty coincidental.

    Good luck.

  • You don't need a program, you need a piece of paper and a pen. Oh and maybe to be really sure of what you really want.

    • Some great advice from fellow warriors here. I am sure you will try some of them.

Before you try, take a look at your current belief system about your goal/s and goal setting itself.

If you have any real or perceived negative belief/s in your current belief system, take care of them before you proceed. When your belief system is in line with your goals, you have already won the war.

Every year I offer free one on one IST session to warriors to help them make their new year resolution stick. It is all about looking at your current belief system about goal setting/new year resolution in an unconventional way. If you are interested, here is the link:

  • I highly recommend you get Marc Allen's book, The Millionaire Course. He clearly sets out a goals program that will help you achieve what you want in life.

I wish you well with your goals.

    • My sense is that you could probably do pretty well with just a little self motivation by getting a couple of really good books (even if they were expensive) and begin there trying to educate yourself to the success you desire.

  • I would recommend taking things slowly at first rather than rushing into it (check out my blog post here: http://www.thathungrymind.blogspot.ca). I've noticed that a lot of people tend to rush things, and try to completely change their life all at once, and ultimately failing because they were doing too much all at once.

Whatever you do, take it slowly at first, then make more and more changes. I would recommend checking out a guy on Youtube named Elliot Hulse. He's a strongman competitor who talks a lot about improving yourself, and becoming "the strong version" of yourself.
  • A paper and pen or an electronic document program work great for goal setting.
