What are some good apps you all use to manage your time and day better to be more productive?

  • All the apps that I have looked at the time management just end up taking too much time to use!

All I need is Evernote for time management. I use this to apply the Getting Things Done system and it works like a dream.

Because I have it on tablet and smart phone as well as my desktop computer I always have Evernote at hand. So I don't need any other app.

I tried loads of different software and apps over the years and none of them have worked as well as using Evernote to apply Getting Things Done.

  • Have you tried any.do / wunderlist?
  • Check out with the leader in time tracking and management software Replicon that can better manage the time and help to stay organized all the time. Check in the signature for the link.
  • Evernote will work best
  • I'm using Evernote, too. Really a great software for keeping your notes on time.
On the other note, you can also try using Time Doctor for time tracking, especially if you have projects from a client. Basically, the software works for freelancers who are working from home.

    • It gets pretty ironic when trying to download, learn and use the time management apps that wind up taking more time to use them than the whole process is worth.
