I have officially cancelled my affiliate account with YepText/ProText due to their continued scamming actions. I have also emailed my MM email list advising them to cancel subscriptions before they are scammed also. This occured after I received a call from one of my clients/subscriber who had cancelled their account, but was later charged for the extra "Yep words" which can't be used with a closed account. I ended up talking with someone at ProText who first said I had the wrong number and that they didn't know who YepText was, then miraculously found my account in their system, and she said, in a very Slovic accent, the charges had gone through and they would not refund. She finish by saying, they should go to bank and see if they get their money, its a free country. As an Internet Marketer, I don't back a product or service that is doing shady, to put it mildly, practices, since their actions reflect on my business, so I figured everyone here should know what they are doing to our customers. |
