i am in new zealand and i plan to send txt messages to people that cant afford the internet or they dont have the expensive phones and are looking for bargains offline i have a big idea that this investment may work but depends on how big the cost will be

I would try textnow.com it has a website that allows you to text on the internet like a desktop. It also has an app so its good I use it.
