I would like to know if there is a program i can use to send a txt message to everyone in my country who are on the same mobile company as me can someone send me to the right place if anyone would like to input and discuss ways to make money with me let me know we can work on projects together i may need a experienced internet marketer to help me out please pm me

Mobile marketing is not carrier based they can send message on any contact of any provider. You can look out for various such websites on google.

i am in new zealand and i plan to send txt messages to people that cant afford the internet or they dont have the expensive phones and are looking for bargains offline i have a big idea that this investment may work but depends on how big the cost will be

I would try textnow.com it has a website that allows you to text on the internet like a desktop. It also has an app so its good I use it.
