Hi guys. I have a question. Advise ad networks where i can buy app install and in-app purchase? Need all the information.

Hi! It depends on what installs you are interested in.
You can check advertmobile as an example (IOS and Android promotion).But if you need
a high quality traffic volume and you have a quite good budget, then go to CPA, CPI networks!
I recommend you to check the top ones on affpaying.

To focus on the word-Incentive, you are in the right direction to promote your app. As we know, there are many sites offering installs and reviews. But only few providers organic installs from real users. Anyway, app indeed can get installs, but only organic ones will help app on ranking instead of virtual ones.
