My wife owns a successful web e-commerce site. In just the last year we've seen the percentage of mobile users climb to a staggering (and consistent) 80% or higher. We're talking hundreds of thousands of new visitors every month, all on mobile devices. Mobile is here and in a big way. At first I thought it might just be because she advertises on mobile-oriented sites, but this huge spike in mobile users happened long before she started Instagram, Pinterest, etc. |
