Marketing App Templates to Developers

Hello WF,

My name is Eric, self taught mobile app developer. I've been developing apps for 3 years now for myself and decided recently to start selling my source code and app templates. Has anyone ever sold source code to developers or development companies? If so, How did you go about doing that besides send them an email on their contact us page?

    First off welcome to the warrior forum!

    I do sell source code, but PHP - I think the approach could be the same though: find a EMD (exact match domain) name that matches what people would search for while looking for a service like yours.

    Do SEO work (takes time, patience is key) and rank your site on those search phrases. This 1. makes them come to you and 2. gives you more time to focus on the client

    You could then also point others to that site including adding that url to the contact form you submit.
