CPI Installs not detected

Hello. I am trying incentivized CPI marketing and I delivered some installs and conversions to apps that I was promoting through my affiliate link, but my installs were not detected. I tried this with few network like Tapgerine and CPAlead, but the installs were not detected on either of them. Did someone have this problem before and what could be a reason?

The networks I was using to advertise and deliver installs were CPIdroid and AdvertMobile. They are app install providers that offer incentivized installs.

The issue can be here that the device on which you are installing the app they already have that app in their mobile in past, or may be they are using ad blockers.

Do these things. They might help.

1. Test your tracking link and see the redirection
2. Check your postback setup. Ask your affiliate manager to test the tracking link of an offer you want to promote. This will make you see if the advertiser's postback setup works.
3. Ask your AM if conversions have auto approval or they have to manually approve your conversions.

Check the KPIs of your offers - do the users have only to install an app, or also to open it? Advertisers put KPIs for CPI offers in order to make sure that they receive a high quality traffic. For some offers your user would need to open the app, use it for 1-2 days, or for instance if it's a game - get to the next level, and only after that your conversion pixel is fired.

Make sure to check these details with your affiliate network. Besides, check again if your traffic corresponds to the one requested in the offer - check if the GEO, operator, Operating system and device are correct.

There are following reason would be,
1. Integration Issue: I can say before make live, make sure with configure with parameter and perform test.
2. If integration has well set then due to KPI achieve/Goal achieve, install would be tracked.
Which tracking platform are you using ?
