Hi guys, can i use images of cartoon series from google in my wallpaper application ?

Yes, you can but just make sure that they are open-source and not copyrighted or you can get into trouble. Try websites like pixabay for free images that you can use.

Open-source? You talk about software or images?
Maybe the right words is "make sure that they are labeled for noncommercial reuse or labeled for reuse".

Just make unique ,recheck and confirm it not match another images from google search tools.

Of course yes you can use any image which you want to add to your wallpaper. Main thing you should check before is check your image for copyright licence. If it is free then you can use it without any hesitation.
