Wow! You know something is big when it gets it's own section on the Warrior Forum. Now that we've got it, let's use the hell out of it!

That being said, I thought I'd do my part in laying some ground work for a nice little discussion on planning and strategy. We all know that the holiday season is coming up and there is a lot of talk about the role that SMS campaigns, mobile landing pages, and QR codes are going to have during this crucial sales quarter. My question for all of you is how are you preparing yourself and your clients for maximum profits during the upcoming holidays?

I for one can say that we are definitely going to be implementing a multi point plan of action to take on the spike in business as we transition out of summer and into winter. A crucial point in this new plan is to bring on 2 additional contracted staff members to help with customer service and order fulfillment. We will also be launching a new weekly webinar series that will help educate business owners/marketers about the many benefits of using QR codes in their holiday marketing campaigns.

Are you adopting a new strategy for the holiday season or is it going to be business as usual for you?

Mobile is where it is at. QR codes are not so good. GEO LOCATION services for your business are most important.

You are like the third or fourth person to mention this, that I've seen so far, but not once has anyone given any reason WHY "QR codes are not so good" and why Geo Location or Augmented Reality, or RML are the wave of the future.

This really gets under my skin, because it reminds me of all the paid Microsoft Trolls who were employed to go to the forums and say "Mac Sucks!" and then vanish.

Back up your statements... or otherwise I'm just gonna I start reporting these types of posts as Spam, and I'm fairly confident there are others that will back me up in this as well.
