Forget the both of them....use Avid Mobile. Great packages, white label, a ton of support and great video tutorials |

I agree, use either Avid Mobile, or Lime Cellular. By far those are the 2 best I have seen thus far. Talk to each company first and see how they treat you. Run your spreadsheet costs, or just use a calculator!

I am with Yeez and they are very good. You likely didn't get back an email because they have are coming out with a new launch today or tomorrow which involves some changes to their sites. Support is very good at responding through the ticket system so no worries there. They have both short and long codes and they are very competitive price wise. Their system is easy to use once you have gone through the training and is very reliable. Avid mobile is good but they only use short code and they are also way more expensive. Don't believe the crap about long codes- I use them with my clients without any issues and clients love being able to use whatever keywords they want without sharing them. If you insist on short codes, Yeez has them as well. I know that Avid has some of the best training around but Yeez is currently upgrading their own training (they have good training now but want to make it better). And Yeez also offers you free accounts to help you get started because they want to make your own cost as low as possible and to give you incentive to get started. I am in Canada and Yeez made the most sense for me. Oh yah, they do have white label and 3 levels of private label. And they have way more options than Twillio in terms of types messages that can be sent out. Hope this helps. |

thanks for all the replies. I just checked out Lime's website, it seems very good, do any of you have the price for them? @ inneraction, so glad to hear Yeez support is good, I have more questions for you about Yeez. But I can't pm you. Can you email me at waiyichoi at hotmail.com? |

Also, I encourage you to take the time to get a test account with the companies you are considering so that you can have some familiarity with their backend and how their system operates. While price is important, being able to use what you are paying for effectively is crucial to how your business will run.

I use Avid and I couldn't be happier. I looked at just about all the other companies, but when you REALLY start looking at the numbers, Avid wins hands down! And this is after 2-3 months of really looking hard at all the companies, talking with the sales reps, getting demos, etc. Avid rocks.

I spoke directly with the CEO and President at Yeez with no problems. They are the solution of choice for Canada. And for the US, I use Twilio. They both work, doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, easy to outsource, easy to understand, and doesn't take up a lot of my time. |

I've been looking into Txt180 and their support staff answered all my questions via email very fast this morning. So if you are looking for good support I can tell you that their support is a positive factor in their favor right now as i choose who will provide my backbone.

For Canada, I am leaning towards Yeez but I have not done anything yet outside the US, even though I'm in Quebec.

I have yet to receive any information from Yeez either. James at Avid, on the other hand, took time out of his evening (didn't realize they were central time, so I called him after 9 p.m. hit time) to answer a bunch of my questions, e-mail me some links to videos not on their site and set up an appointment to get access to their program's back office tomorrow morning. After watching a recording of a webinar that their CEO did, I was impressed with their approach to the business. He had some insightful things to say. While I am still trying to decide which white-label is going to be the right choice for me, Avid's approach seems to resonate with me. |

I highly recommend you check out Trumpia. They offer so many features beyond sms and email. Their white label program is great and so is the prompt support I receive from them.

Which WP plugin do you use? I still lean toward Twilio and Yeez, esp Twilio. Like you said, the prices are bottom low. Update: I finally talked to Yeez thu their online chat. They are going to launch a white label, I signed up their webinar this Wed to learn more about their white label.

Hi. Just updating in case someone is researching for Yeez Mobile in 2012. They went out of business. As of Twilio, you can custom desing with a programmer whatever appliation you want, but stick to US mainland. |
