refund from admob?

Hi, since admob support is too slow to respond, and I can't find FAQ about refunding unused balance, is it possible to us as an advertiser to get refunded for unused balance?

I just realized that Admob is getting traffic from APPs , while what I need is search traffic, then I will go with Google adwords for mobile traffic or other "search advertising" platform...

Any idea?

I am developer who is using admod.
I just figure out that I had misunderstood with function of ‘transfer
funds’. I thought that makes my advertising sales transfer to my pay
pal account.
However, I remit total amount of my pending earning with my misunderstanding
I have transferred all my Pending earning to Ad balance
So I want to know about how can I cancel these transactions and get
refund. What do you say?

you can try some mobile mediation platforms like mobclix,adiquity,smaato,….
