Need info for mobile website builder

Hey everyone! I'm currently looking for a good alternative to build mobile website easily. The main usage I'll make is for making only simple mobile webpage to put information about car on sale. I currently use the mobile builder inside Lime Cellular's sms platform but that's not enough for me I want more options to customize it.

Hope you can help me find the best tool!
