Just red this post about Mobile traffic services.
I need some additional advice about where and how to buy mobile traffic to my clients applications, traffic must be certificated of course.

I don't know. You could gain a Twitter or Facebook following or you could buy some pay per click advertising. Any way you can gain backlinks to your site would help.

I think backlinks may help you to get more traffic and better to try social bookmarking site..

I don't suggest pay per click advertising, it doesn't work otu too often.

It does if done correctly. Too many people join a PPC network, throw mud at the wall and hope it sticks, and then come to the conclusion PPC does not work.

It's incorrect. Just because something does not work for you does NOT mean it doesn't work. It just means it did not work for you.

PPC is about a lot of testing and tracking but when done properly, the results can be huge.

The OP links to a post about 'adult' mobile traffic - so when you are looking at PPC you might want to consider other alternatives than adwords which tends to be quite restrictive in these areas.

Of course you still need to follow proper PPC techniques re testing and tracking keywords regardless of the platform.

What do you mean by traffic being certificated? Are you worried about fraudulent clicks? This depends greatly on the industry and the platform you decide to test.
