Launching an IPhone App
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hey Everyone! I hope you can help me with my question

I will be launching an iPhone app game in about 3-4 months.
I want to make sure that it has the best chance for success, so I need
a reputable, not very expensive app marketing company to
help me create a buzz and promote the app via a certain marketing strategy

Can anyone recommend a company which can provide me with this service?

Thank you all in advance!

Yury

The word of the day is "KEYWORDS". When you submit your app to iConnect make sure you've created a strategy around your keywords. Example: if you have a game you are trying to push, make sure you know what apps are selling hot, then take the names of those apps and put them in your keywords. If you want more ideas I'll have to charge you! LOL jk

That was hard to read.

So you want to do everything yourself? What's wrong by letting a marketing company to do the promotion (if you do not look into the cost)?

Creating a website, a facebook page and a twitter account is not going to do anything unless you have a plan.

There are quite a few prominent platforms on the net yet some of them are too expensive.

I would look into smaller niche sites for apps that would like to work with you.

What is your app about? Who is your main audience?

It's a social game similar to words with friends.

If you could recommend a good company would be great, I just
Don't want to throw money out randomly without some input or research.

Hey Yuri,

As far as marketing the app, your best friend is the App Store and getting into the Top 25. If you can do that you will get a ton of downloads. As App29 said keywords are super important but Apple made them less important last week, then seemed to reset it to the way it was.

After talking to quite a few developers things like Press Releases and traditional ways to get eyes on your app don't work all that well.

Review sites can get you quite a few downloads but there are other ways of doing it as well. Hit me on a pm if you would like some info about these.

Ya sure I can help you. My favorite iPhone apps like Stock Trader's Almanac 2012, The Pillars of The Earth, C&EN Mobile and many others have been developed by Kiwitech.com
You can contact them, they will probably help you out in every thing you want.
