When Using a mobile emulator,,, does it tell u if the site has a mobile redirect? If it does, will it show the mobile version on the emulator? ![]() ![]() :confused:Robert X |

They are all different, some only show what they see,others will detect if there is redirection code in place on the desktop site.

Most mobile emulators change the user agent in the header sent over the wire, and a redirection script works by detecting that header and does it's thing. You can see what header is being sent by inspecting the packet that actually gets sent by tools such as Fiddler (Fiddler Web Debugger - A free web debugging tool), or a Firefox plugin called Live HTTP Headers |
