I have a client who is selling hair care products that wants me to build an app where they can place an order through the app. He described it like Pizza Huts app where they go choose their items, put it in the cart and he gets an email alert. Can this be done with Skybuilder? I can't figure it out if so. If not, I need a recommendation of an app builder that I can get to do that.

Will is right - it can be done as an HTML5 mobile website and then you can easily turn it I to an app (you basically just link the app icon to the HTML 5 website and it looks to the user as if their using an app. If you are dead set on using an app builder then I know that biznessapps.com has the ability to do this from within their system and they have a white label option. The problem with them is that they have a high monthly charge. I have skybuilder myself and the only way you'd be able to do it with that would be to use it with that would be to link it with a website as will said. If you've already got skybuilder then this is probably you're best option, if you haven't then I believe that Greg has closed the doors to new members. Not definite on this but fairly certain. A good alternative to skybuilder is Seattle clouds which is slightly cheaper than skybuilder per month but it requires a bit more technical knowledge (like a basic understanding of HTML) If you are fully clued up with web code like HTML and JavaScript then there is a new platform that has come out that allows you to create apps using standard web code - I've forgotten the name right now but I'll check on it and get back to you if you let me know you want it. Hope this helps! Lee |

Yeah I haven't figured out how to do that in Skybuilder unless its HTML based. Not sure if you can just put any type of code in there. Seems like it's limited that way. Anyone know if it's possible for people UPLOAD photos into an app dashboard like a community based thing? |

Ok so the seattle clouds is like $600 per month for unlimited apps. Kind crazy but you can buy your app for like $250 each time

Thanks so much for the help, I would really like that info...btw, I do already have skybuilder and really like it but know it needs some additions like the shopping cart.
