Android App Promotions

Hey guys, I'll get right to it. I've made what I feel like is a pretty useful app, and the opinions that I've gathered so far are very positive. However, it's an SEO app, so my usual promotion methods are less than effective. As such, I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips to market it more effectively to SEO's.

As much as I'd like to promote it here, I'm pretty new so I feel like that's not gonna be the most effective route. That said, if anyone wants to help me out on that front I'm open to offers

Any knowledge the Warriors have to offer would be much appreciated!

Just make for your application,
design a good signature and add to the forum.

Well I can't add an image to my sig yet, but when I can I'll be sure to do that!

Just a thought..when you said the word apps, downloading iphone apps came to mind (don't really know why)..From that thought, maybe you could try a lite version of the app and put it up as a free trial version. I don't know if that's possible but I hope that it's helpful.

In the Mobile world we are living in the Android generation where we can get every type of android mobile apps for our android phones. Now a days individuals are using to Android phone mostly because it has various great features.

It's actually a free app, I charged for it at first but decided to make it free, since I'd like to start out my time here by contributing something to the community. That is definitely a good idea though, thanks

In my opinion you should post it here and get some feedback from fellow warriors, this is the biggest SEO community in my opinion.

Also promoting on the Google Play Store is a must, not sure if its ethical or not but I see people asking for reviews for their app on the wanted section of the forum.

Try linkedin and salesforce platforms to collect contact credentials of people indulged in SEO industry. If you are targeting some specific local region try SMS marketing else send them mails holding information of your SEO application and small content describing how this app can be beneficial for them.
If you choose option to send emails then check out "can spam act", that will allow your mail to the recipient's inbox rather than spam folder.

Have you tried contacting Android app review sites? Suggest you pitch your app to them nicely and hopefully, they'll pick up your app. It could provide you with exposure, hence, more downloads.
